What is this?

Clinical mulch is a new media publication aimed at advanced practitioners and students of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It is founded and sustained by Robert Hayden, DACM, LAc, a professional acupuncturist and lecturer on Chinese medicine, in practice since 1995.

Why Clinical mulch?

I was having a Facebook conversation with a colleague a few years ago, in which she mentioned that she hated the phrase “clinical pearls” that gets bandied about regularly. I replied something to the effect of what I offer being more like clinical mulch. Not so precious, a little messy, maybe not immediately useful, but highly fertile, and beautiful things can grow from it.
